The hotel had stunning gardens with an abundance of beautiful birds. It was also conveniently located near the archaeological zone, allowing us to visit the ruins early in the morning before the crowds arrived. The waiters and other staff members were friendly and provided personalized service, which made our stay more enjoyable.
The hotel had several drawbacks. The internet service was extremely poor, and despite numerous complaints, the issue was not resolved.

The hotel grounds were beautiful and well tended. Staff were quite helpful and friendly. Hotels' room were clean and nicely decorated. Access to ruins are so convenient, we were able to take a break and have a nice lunch at the hotel and then go back to the site.
The insects (mosquitos) were an issue in the room because the mosquito net is not designed to keep them away (has openings everywhere). The second night we decided to tie the mosquito net as well as we could and had a better night sleep.
